Gosh, too busy to even think straight. Emptying out the old house has kind of taken over on the priority list. Still so much to clear out of there, and lot's of cleaning to do.
Meeting with my favorite realtor (Dave) tomorrow, to assess the property, and figure out what to ask for it, in this crazy housing market.
It sure would be nice to make a little profit, after all of the hard work and money we put into that house. The comps look promising, but the reality is always less than what we hope for.
We all think that our house is the greatest thing ever. It's funny, when we buy a house, we want to pay the lowest price, but when we sell a house, we expect the highest value.
I'm gonna shoot high !!!
