Today was yard work day at the project house. See those thorns... I reached into some shrubbery to pull out these dead branches, and yikes !!!

Here's my Mother's Day present to myself... A brand new, light weight, self propelled lawn mower. Perfect for me to tool around the yard with. I wish I would have taken the picture before I got it dirty, because I called it the equivalent to a shiny new Black Camaro.
Wow, I've lowered my standards...
After four hours of heavy duty work, we sat down and looked around, and proclaimed, "It doesn't look like we did a thing!"
