Birthdays, Snails, and Chicken Recipes, What ???

 

Spent the afternoon with mom, on her birthday, watching Days of our Lives and eating Taco Bell.

 

Doesn't get much better than that.

 

Went home, and Terry was cleaning out the gutters. Look what he brings in the house!!!

 

This giant snail was crawling around outside, and he had to bring it in to show me. Kind of yucky, and kind of cool. Eww.

 

Whipped out some chicken for dinner.

 

Keep this recipe in your "quick dinners file"...

 

Pound out some chicken breasts, slather with mayonnaise, sprinkle with parmesan and parsley,

 and bake for 25 minutes (at 375 degrees).

 

Delicious, buttery texture, YUM!
