Day #22 Bath Redo

Today, we started where we left off.
We finished tiling the shower walls,
and that went smoothly.

Big huge thank you to brother Bob
for lending us his tile saw.

This was a difficult spot
for Terry to cut perfect pieces of tile...

One on each side of the tub.

I got to work on the ceiling...

It's mid-afternoon, and I am on a roll.

I finished after dinner,
and Terry hung the light
just so we could see how it would look.

It looks awesome,
we are pretty proud of ourselves.

(Not looking forward to grouting all of this).

Terry broke out the paint,
and did a first coat.

Beautiful Gray, Mossy Green color.

He's cleaning up,
at 11:30 at night.

There's the perfect pieces,
next to the tub, he cut today...

Speaking of the tub,
the reglazing turned out awful;
gritty, bumpy, poor coverage, and scratches right off.
and we are trying to figure out what to do about that...

Ugh.

Just got finished brainstorming about this wall.

This is where the vanity and mirror go...

This is going to be a challenge,
and I will talk about it later.

Tired, but good tired.
